About Me
I am a married female living in Northeastern Wisconsin. I have three kids ~ two grown boys, 23 & 21, and a 14-year-old daughter. I've been actively studying my current path for about 7 years now. I consider myself an eclectic Pagan with Celtic leanings. I'm an artist/business owner and love creating art of various sorts, always working with different mediums. I'm mainly into designing and creating primitive dolls right now but I also sculpt, draw, and occasionally make candles and home spa goodies. Other interests are music, reading, travel, occult subjects, England/anything English, herb gardening for use in cooking & crafting, collecting LDD dolls, and raising my furbabies (I have a Golden German Husky, DaVinci, a black, orange-eyed, long-haired domestic cat, Cinder, and a silver Maine Coon cat, Zeus).
Music
Extremely eclectic taste - 50's right through present - John Lennon, Sublime, Enigma, Ziggy & Bob Marley, David Bowie, Enya, Tony Bennett, Peter Gabriel, Annie Lennox, Buddy Holly, Cyndi Lauper, Dean Martin, Blue October, Loreena McKennitt, Aaron Neville, Billy Idol, Prince . . . tra la la . . .
Movies
Sleepy Hollow (just about anything with Johnny Depp), Big Fish, Powder, The Green Mile, Practical Magic, Phantom of the Opera, Mists of Avalon, Schindler's List
TV
Don't watch a lot of t.v. but anything having to do with occults subjects (paranormal, metaphysical, cryptzoological) - I usually look for things on Discovery/Travel/History/ National Geographic channels
Books
Oh boy, this list would be endless. So, not to bore you too terribly much, I like to read anything I can get my hands on but my main love is classic literature. I have a good collection with my faves like Emerson & Thoreau, Charles Dickens, Poe, Shakespeare, Nathanial Hawthorne, Robert Frost (on and on...) I also love to read horror stories and anything having to do with occult subjects - things that make you think outside the norm
Likes
The smell of a freshly bathed baby, puppy breath, the earthy smell of the forest, and the air after a good cleansing rain. I love dark nights, full moons and thunderstorms. Genuine people, with a sense of humor, people who encourage/challenge me to grow, animals of all sorts, Britain/anything British, travelling, music, reading, creating.
UPDATE 11/01/07 ~ I've added several new pieces on the site - including jewelry (many pieces are Samhain-themed), some home decor, new sculptures, and primitive sets. Many items have already sold so if you're interested in something, let me know.

Well, finally caught up on all emails! We had an awesome time on the east coast. We spent the first two days in Salem, MA and then the last night (Saturday March 3rd) to celebrate the full moon/eclipse. It was a very spiritual & magical experience! We met so many interesting people and will definitely be going back. We're already planning on October 2009 for Haunted Happenings.
In between the Salem stays we travelled across the three southern counties of New Hampshire, spending most of our time in Cheshire County. Such beautiful sites with the forests and mountains! I was completely blown away; I can imagine how gorgeous it must be in summer and fall! We are particulary fond of Keene, a small city of about 20,000 - lots of things happening while retaining that "small town" quality.
We visited many museums, pagan shops, and local attractions, including America's Stonehenge, while over there so if anyone is interested in knowing more about anything in Salem or southern New Hampshire, I'd be more than happy to share my experiences with you.

Well, I have my page set up!! YAAYY! I won't be making any more additions until after Sunday, March 4th, as I'm going on vacation to Salem, MA and New Hampshire. I'm leaving tomorrow. So please keep in mind that there will be a delay in my replying to any email or friend requests, but don't let that keep you from sending them to me!! I'll start replying to everything Monday, March 5th. I am soooo excited that we have our own 'MySpace'-type deal going on and I look forward to meeting many kindred souls through this. Blessed Be ~ Raven Fae
